Steps:
1. Download the file.
You can download the zip file off of Candy-Star.net
2. Extract the contents.
Since the file is a zip file you will need a program that can extract the files. Most computers come with one but if you don't have one just download the trial of winzip off of
here.
3. Edit the file.
The only file you need to edit is the index.htm. Edit in the places I noted you can edit. To create multipul pages just copy all the coding in here and paste it in another .htm(l) file. :)
OR
You could edit the file on frontpage. It works.
4. Upload the files.
Upload every file to your hosting provider. If you don't have a host here are two good ones :

5. Enjoy your site.
You are done, and you didn't even have to code a layout. Have fun!!
